Despite the snow surrounding us, it is inevitable…Spring is on its way.  This delightful picturebook follows Rabbit as she comes out from her burrow and discovers that Spring has arrived.  As she leaves her home and her sleeping family, she follows her nose and her ears in search of something that she just can’t put her paw on.  Is it the flower beginning to bloom?  That’s not it so she says good-bye to the tulip and carries on.  Is it the worm peeking his head out of the ground?  No that’s not quite it.  What about the bird hatching out of his egg?  She’s getting closer.  Rabbit sits still in the grass and finally realizes what it is that is luring her.  She hops home quickly to share the news with her family…Spring has arrived.
