My Daughter who is in grade 5 really enjoyed the book. She was the “bee” in the book.( He doesn’t want to hear anything about it but ends up learning a lot). I reviewed the book first, made notes in the margins and let her have the book to go over on her own, because she was too embarrassed to go over it with me. she spent about 4 nights reading it over and over. When asked if she would recommend it she said she would but felt it was for kids a little older than her.. (that is the “bee” in her talking, not likely most grade 5 children).

I would highly recommend this book to parents of grade 4-5. I feel much more comfortable now knowing she knows something, rather than just sticking her head in the sand.
